My Big Helper!

Cameron is becoming such a great help around the house. He has learned to make his bed. He likes to make our bed too. I have gotten in trouble a time or two for making it before he has a chance. Today he got the bottle of water and asked for a rag so he could help me clean. He cleaned his bathroom, my bathroom, the basement....
So anyone looking for good help. We might consider letting him do some contract work if the price is right. $$$$

Putting up the Christmas Tree

On Friday, we decided to put up the Christmas tree. The kids and I were so excited.
As soon as I got all of the Christmas totes upstairs I lost some of my enthusiasm.
I found my self saying "Slow down", "one thing at a time", "We have to put the lights on first!"
Oh, the simple joys of childhood.

Who Stole the Cookie?

I was frosting cookies for Cameron to take to preschool.
When I finished enough for him to give to his class
I stopped for a few minutes and went in the
other room to talk to John. We soon realized that Jorie had disappeared.

The Gingerbread Festival

Today we went to the Gingerbread Festival
at Thanksgiving Point.
Some of the Gingerbread houses were amazing
